At Modani Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your modern home decor. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a streamlined return process within 7 days of delivery for most items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or visit your local Modani showroom within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is in its original, unassembled condition and repacked in all original packaging materials to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Depending on your location and item size, we will help you coordinate a professional carrier pickup or provide instructions for returning the item to a designated warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item and confirms it meets our standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
